Javiera da Fonseca
b. Santiago de Chile, Chile , 1982. lives and works in Mexico City.
Javiera da Fonseca creates works comprising of drawings and paintings, influenced by Mexican modernist architecture and the exotic Mexican landscapes. She began her art education at the Universidad de Chile (2000-2005) where she graduated in Visual Arts with a focus in painting. She further her studies of art appreciation under Eugenio Dittborn (2008-2009). Her work has been exhibited in galleries and art fairs in her native Chile, México and United States. Javiera currently lives and works in Mexico City.
